ASQ Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ASQ, provided by Pado ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). ASQ, including its sub-products or modules such as TalkToDART and TalkToEDGAR, is a comprehensive suite of SaaS solutions designed to become an operating system for business operations. By accessing or using ASQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, using any of our services, or accessing any content provided by ASQ, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

To access ASQ, you must register for an account providing your first name, last name, email, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription Terms

Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

License to Company: By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
